What is Reiki ?

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing

Morning breaks like a fragile promise

Light slips in through the cracks of doubt

Heart feels heavy, the mind keeps running

Every thought screaming “get me out”

I’ve been wrestling shadows in my chest

Calling my fear by its name

But I’m still breathing, still standing

So I whisper it again

I don’t need forever

I just need today

One more breath, one more moment

I choose to stay

I’m still here, I’m still alive

I know the storm will have its way

But it won’t take me—

One step, one prayer, one truth I say

I may fall, but I won’t fade

I’ll meet the end when it finds its way
